DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
No, you don’t have to register. However, we suggest registering if you are repeat customer. If you are a registered user, you will not have to fill in the required information over and over. By simply clicking the Buy Now button and approving your choice, the product will be shipped to you.

You can either purchase our products directly from our website or from our official distributors in countries outside the US.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
If you are purchasing the product from our website you will need to pay online with a credit/ debit card or via PayPal.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Yes, you can return unopened packages along with an original receipt for a full refund within 30 days after receiving the product. You also can return opened product if you are not satisfied with the quality. Please send us an email at info@vitaminized.com explaining the reason for the return of the product. You will have to cover the costs of shipment for returning the product. You will be refunded for the product, but not for shipment or transaction fees.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If you received the wrong product, please send us an email at info@vitaminized.com or call customer service and we will exchange the product.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED?
If the product was damaged due to our operations, we’ll be glad to send you a new product. If the problem occurred due to the shipping company, you’ll need to send an appeal letter to the shipping company.

It depends on where you are located and the shipment option you choose. Shipments within USA take up to 5-6 days the most.
